As a guideline, remember that a specialised medical control is always necessary to check the evolution and adjust the dosage, we can use the following table, taking as a reference our CBD oil with a 20% concentration of CBD and 0.1.8% of THC:

Mild ailments, insomnia, anxiety or depression: 3-2-5 dosage. That is 3 drops in the morning, 2 at noon and 5 at night.
Moderate ailments. 5-5-5 pattern.
Severe ailments: 7-5-7
The administration should be done before food intake to ensure rapid absorption and rapid effect on the body.

Therefore, the administration in the morning should be done when getting up, about 15 minutes before breakfast.

At lunchtime, it should also be administered 15-20 minutes before lunch so as not to mix with food and lose effectiveness.

In the evening, administer at least one hour before bedtime and at least one hour after dinner.

If this is not possible, or if you don’t follow the schedule, remember that the most important dose is at night, as there are many important tasks that the body performs and the CBD supply will be the fuel needed to get a good night’s sleep and have energy the next day.
